DD Welcomes a New Graduate to The Team

We are glad to welcome Viola Easton to the DD team who has recently joined us from Leeds Beckett University where she has successfully achieved a BA in Landscape Architecture.

Viola Easton Deacon Design Graduate Landscape Architect

Viola is passionate about creating sustainable and beautiful spaces for people and communities and she has fitted seamlessly into the practice’s mission to ‘Bring Landscape to Life’. Expanding upon her previous internship experience with Levitt Bernstein, Gillespies and as a garden designer, she is already applying her skills across the practice.

We asked V about her time so far:

‘I have been with Deacon Design for just six weeks, and during this time, I have already contributed to several engaging projects. I have worked on two projects where I applied my skills in Photoshop to create vibrant illustrative plans, that will be included to support the planning application process.

I am also involved with the Welborne Garden Village project near Fareham which has included numerous site visits to oversee construction packages and delivery of a new country park. This has includes participating in client meetings, producing detailed drawings and planting plans.

The team at Deacon Design has been exceptionally welcoming, and I am eager to continue learning from each member as I grow in my role’.

We are so pleased to hear that Viola has settled in well and showing an eagerness to learn. If you are a graduate with a similar passion to Viola or looking to progress your career in landscape architecture, please feel free to get in touch
