We explored the diverse planting layouts throughout the various spaces as we strolled through the gardens and discovered some of the more unusual species. This experience helped us enhance our knowledge and provided valuable insights for our newer team members. From wildflower meadows, to orchards, to public art combined with structured planting, along with a newly planted area by Garden Designer Piet Oudolf. The visit offered abundant amount of inspiration for future projects and to put more importance on plant spacing within our planting plans.
Overall, it provided an excellent backdrop to spark engaging discussions regarding the importance of creating a sense of place and sharing our own views together of what we feel are important values to create successful and meaningful landscapes for current and future generations.
The day also provided us with a good opportunity to bond as a team and discuss the future growth plans of the business.
